摘要
为了研究给料系统中闸门角度对给料机振动床面压力的影响规律,文章通过EDEM软件对LDDF2330惯性振动给料系统进行仿真模拟,控制闸门开度不变,改变闸门的角度为80°、70°、60°和50°,得到了给料机振动床面在不同闸门角度下同一位置以及振动床面在同一闸门角度下不同位置的受力情况并进行分析。结果表明:随着闸门角度的减小,给料机振动床面整体所受压力线性递减;给料机床面受力最大的位置逐渐向振动床面给料端移动。
In order to study the effect of gate * s angle on the pressure of vibrating feeder * s surface, in this paper, the feeding process of LDDF2330 vibrating feeder is simulated using EDEM, and parameters of gate' s angle is set to 80°, 70°, 60° and 50° at a constant of gate * s opening, respectively. The pressure of vibrating feeder * s surface was obtained and analyzed for different gate' s opening with the same position and for different position with the same gate' s opening, respectively. Results show that the decrease of the gate' s angle results in the pressure of feeder vibrating bed surface decreases linearly and the position of the maximum pressure moves to the end of the vibrating feeder, respectively.
