Research Progress on the Protective Effect of Remote Ischemic Postconditioning

摘要 远隔缺血后适应是指通过对远隔器官实施短暂的非致死性缺血/再灌注干预而减轻重要器官的缺血/再灌注损伤,其具有很强的临床可行性和实际的临床实用价值。远隔缺血后适应的神经保护作用可能与抑制细胞凋亡、减轻脑水肿、抑制炎症反应、减轻氧化应激有关。文中主要综述远隔缺血后适应的实施方案,神经保护机制及临床应用。 Remote ischemic post-conditioning can alleviate the ischemic/reperfusion injury of vital organs through the short-term non-lethal ischemic/reperfusion intervention on distant organs,which has strong clinical feasibility and practical clinical value.Its neuroprotective effect may be related to inhibiting apoptosis,alleviating cerebral edema,inhibiting inflammatory reaction and alleviating oxidative stress.This article mainly described the implementation of remote ischemic adaptation,neuroprotective mechanism and clinical application.
