工艺参数对碲渣中选择性分离回收碲浸出率的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 以铋电解阳极泥经火法处理产生的碲渣为研究对象,采用水浸-酸浸二段浸出工艺,研究不同浸出温度、浸出时间、液固比及HCl浓度等参数下的碲浸出率,分析工艺参数对碲浸出率的影响。结果表明:水浸工艺下碲浸出率随着液固比、浸出温度和浸出时间的增加逐渐增大,水浸最佳条件为液固比4∶1、水浸温度55℃、浸出时间1 h,碲浸出率为67.2%;水浸渣酸浸工艺下碲浸出率随着液固比、浸出温度、浸出时间及HCl浓度的增加不断增大,水浸渣酸浸的最佳条件为液固比5∶1、浸出温度60℃、浸出时间4 h、浓度6 mol·L^-1,碲浸出率为99.83%。采用水浸-酸浸二段浸出工艺,可以有效提高碲浸出率。 The slag from the sputum electrolysis anode mud by fire treatment was taken as the research object, the two-stage extraction process of water extracting and acid extracting was adopted to study tellurium extraction rate under different extracting temperature, extracting time, liquid-solid ratio and HCl concentration, and the influence of technological parameters on tellurium extracting rate was analyzed. The results showed that the tellurium extracting rate increased with the increase of liquid-solid ratio, extracting temperature and extracting time in the water extracting process.The optimum condition of water extracting was as follows: liquid-solid ratio 4:1, extracting temperature 55 ℃, extracting time 1 h. Under this condition, the extracting rate of tellurium was 67.2%. The extracting rate of tellurium increased with the increase of liquid-solid ratio, extracting temperature, extracting time and HCl concentration in the acid extracting process. The optimum condition was as follows: liquid-solid ratio 5:1, extracting temperature 60 ℃, extracting time 4 h,HCl concentration 6 mol·L^-1. Under this condition, the tellurium extracting rate was 99.83%. The two-stage extracting process of water extracting and acid extracting can effectively improve the tellurium extracting rate.
