摘要
采用效能评估的相关理论,通过建立效能与任务完成概率之间的映射关系,提出了基于“观察—定位—决策—行动”(OODA)过程的武器装备体系贡献率评估模型。对OODA模型中的观察、定位、决策、行动要素按照装备对任务行动的支撑关系及子任务之间的综合关系,分别建立了描述侦察预警装备、指控通信装备和火力打击装备的数学模型,并采用对比方法建立了体系贡献率模型。所附算例验证了建模方法的可行性,能够在一定程度上支撑装备论证研究。
According to the theory of effectiveness evaluation, the mapping relationship between effectiveness and mission completion probability is established, and the model of contribution rate of equipment to system of armament systems is proposed. The key factors of the OODA (observation, orient, decision-making, and action) loop are comprehensively analyzed. The relationship between missions and subtasks is considered, and the model of reconnaissance, communication and fire strike equipment is established. Finally, an example of contribution degree evaluation of attacking maritime target is proposed, and the feasibility of the model is verified.
