摘要
采用氢氧化钠加入双氧水氧化浸出碲铸型渣,使碲铸型渣中的碲与铅、银等有价金属有效分离。试验研究了氢氧化钠起始浓度、双氧水用量、液固比、反应温度和浸出时间对碲浸出率的影响,得出碲铸型渣碱性氧化浸出的最佳条件。
The tellurium casting slag was oxidized by sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide to separate tellurium from valuable metals such as lead and silver. The effects of initial concentration of sodium hydroxide,dosage of hydrogen peroxide,liquid-solid ratio,reaction temperature and leaching time on tellurium leaching rate were studied experimentally. The optimum conditions for alkaline oxidation leaching of tellurium casting slag were obtained.
