摘要
目的通过第三方评价方法调查住院护理服务患者满意度,为进一步落实优质护理服务提供决策参考。方法 采用平板电脑测评终端,通过第三方对某三甲医院886名住院患者进行问卷调查,评价住院护理服务患者满意度。结果 住院患者总体满意度得分为82.06±8.50分,住院护理满意度由高到低依次为外科、内科、妇产科、儿科,差异具有统计学意义(F=3.298,P=0.020)。住院护理满意度相对较高的指标有护士巡视病房频次(4.68±0.70)、工作效率(4.21±0.63)、护士总体技术水平(4.21±0.59),护理满意度相对较低的指标是费用管理(3.80±0.78)、病房环境清洁度(3.87±0.70)、患者病情改善(3.97±0.67)。矩阵分析结果显示,需要优先改进的指标是费用管理、病房清洁程度、患者病情改善和风险告知。结论 该院住院护理患者满意度整体水平尚可,但仍有一定的提升空间,应进一步提高医院护理管理水平,促进医院护理品质提质升级。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of inpatient nursing service through the third party evaluation method and provide reference for decision-making in order to further implement quality nursing ser-vice.Methods The tablet was used as evaluation terminal,and 886 inpatients were surveyed by a third party to eva-luate the satisfaction of nursing service patients.Results The overall satisfaction score of inpatients was 82.06±8.50.The nursing satisfaction was descending order of surgery,internal medicine,obstetrics and gynecology,and pediatrics.The difference was statistically significant(F=3.298,P=0.020).Relatively high indicators of hospital nursing satisfaction were nurses ward frequency(4.68±0.70),work efficiency(4.21±0.63),the overall technical level of nurses(4.21±0.59);relatively low indicators of nursing satisfaction were cost management(3.80±0.78),ward environmental cleanliness(3.87±0.70),and patient's condition improved(3.97±0.67).Matrix analysis showed that the indicators that need to be prioritized were cost management,ward cleanliness,patient condition improvement and risk notification.Conclusion The overall satisfaction degree of nursing patients in this hospital is acceptable,but there is still room for improvement.The nursing management level of the hospital should be further improved to improve the quality of nursing care in hospitals.
