广州市残疾人中等职业教育招生问题研究

摘要 广州市残疾人中等职业教育从2013年起步以来,在不同类型残疾学生的招生上摸索前进。本研究通过文献法、问卷法、访谈法对广州市残疾人中等职业教育招生的规模、专业设置、招生形式及招生标准进行调查。存在的问题体现在专业设置不当、招生流程不科学、对残疾人掌握职业技能的标准设置过低、政策保障不足。建议从优化理念、加强规划、完善专业、细致招生、落实政策五大方面探讨出解决措施,以期改善残疾人职业教育招生现状。 Since 2013,secondary vocational education for the disabled in Guangzhou has been groping forward in the recruitment of students with different types of disabilities.This study has explored the scale of enrollment of secondary vocational education for the disabled in Guangzhou by means of literature,questionnaire and interview. Professional setting,enrollment form and enrollment standard are investigated.The existing problems are that the professional setting is improper,the enrollment process is not scientific,and the standard for the disabled to master vocational skills is too low.The policy guarantee is insufficient,the development countermeasure suggestion from the optimization idea,strengthens the plan,consummates the specialty,the meticulous enrollment,implements the policy five big aspects to discuss the solution,in order to improve the disabled vocational education enrollment present form.
