摘要
调查高校教师工作满意度的现状及其影响因素是现代高校教育管理的一个切入方式.采用李克特量表,调查显示地方高校教师的工作满意度处于一般水平,工作环境、氛围保障等满意度较高,教学管理、科研环境和工作压力满意度较低,年龄、职称、学历和性别方面存在满意度差异.基于调查结果,需要从教师教学管理、科研提升、压力降低等着手,提升教师工作满意度,从而更好地激励教师,服务学校发展目标.
Survey on the status and influencing factors of university teachers' work satisfaction is a way of education management in modern universities. The research used Likert scale and found that local university teachers' job satisfaction was in general level. Satisfaction of work environment, and atmosphere security are in higher level. Satisfaction of teaching management, research environment and work stress are in lower level. Age, title, academic certificates and gender are differences in satisfaction. Based on results of the survey, it is necessary to start from teaching management, research promotion, and stress reduction to improve teachers' job satisfaction so as to better motivate teachers and serve school's development goals.
