摘要
针对现状许多城市建设停车换乘设施,但设施使用率冷热不均的现象,基于国内停车换乘设施发展概况,总结强制停车换乘与可选择停车换乘两类模式的使用效果及存在的问题,剖析问题成因。进而给出两类停车换乘模式的具体适用场景,并从选址布局、运营管理两个角度提出“进得来、停得下、散得开、管得住”的停车换乘模式发展策略。最后结合深圳坝光片区的规划实践,对停车换乘模式发展策略进行具体阐述。
In order to alleviate the congestion in the urban center, now many cities have built park-and-ride facilities, but the utilization rate of facilities is uneven. This paper summarizes the current development of park-and-ride facilities in China, and divides them into two kinds of park-and-ride modes. On this basis, it analyzes profoundly the application effects and primary problems, as well as causes of problems. And then it puts forward specific applicable scenarios of the two patterns. Besides, it proposes the appropriate mode and development strategy from two perspectives of the site selection, layout and operation management which is easily come, enough space for stop, spread open, manage well. Moreover, combining with the case of Baguang in Shenzhen, the planning strategies are elaborated in detail.
