基于GIS与平台模拟水库大坝的灾害应急响应研究

摘要 借助GIS、Terra Vista和MultiGen Creator平台,可实现高精度大坝、库区和洪水的数字化处理;利用数字高程模拟(DEM)技术模拟洪水演变进程,可分析洪水淹没过程和可能受灾的区域;利用GIS地理信息并结合物资储备情况、受灾区域交通状况以及可能的避难路径,可求解最佳的撤离路径。GIS与平台模拟相结合可为大坝灾害应对与决策提供科学的分析方法。 High-precision digital processing of dams, reservoir areas and floods is realizedwith the help of GIS, Terra Vista and MultiGen Creator platforms. Digital elevation simulation (DEM) technology is used for simulating the flood evolution process and analyzing the flood inundation process and possible disaster area. The best evacuation route is solved by using GIS geographic information and combining with the material reserve situation, the traffic situation in the disaster area and the possible refuge route. The combination of GIS and platform simulation can provide scientific analysis methods for dam disaster response and decision-making.
