摘要
为实现3-807综放工作面端头区域顶煤的最大化回收,根据工作面具体情况对端头区域的放煤工艺进行模拟分析,确定合理的放煤工艺参数为采高3.6m,端头1#~3#支架进行放煤,4#支架不放煤,放煤步距0.8m,并对优化后工作面回采情况进行监测。结果表明:放煤参数优化后,端头过渡支架的支护参数满足工作面回采时的支护要求,平均煤炭回收率达到87.49%,提高了1.16个百分点,实现多回收煤炭3.12万t。
In order to realize the maximum recovery of the top coal in the end section of the 3-807 fully mechanized caving face, simulation analysis of drawing technology in the end zone is conducted according to the specific conditions of the working face, and the reasonable drawing technology parameters are determined to be 3.6 m, the end 1#~3# bracket is used for coal injection, the 4# bracket does not put coal, the drawing interval is 0.8 m, and the optimized working face mining is monitored. The results show that: after the optimization of drawing parameters, the support parameters of the end transition support meet the support requirements of the working face, the average coal recovery rate reaches to 87.49%, the coal recovery rate increases by 1.16 %, and another 31,200 tons of coal is recovered.
