思维导图在提高传染科护士临床工作能力中的应用研究 被引量:27

摘要 目的探讨思维导图在提高传染科护士临床工作能力中的应用效果。方法采取整群抽样方法,选取我院传染病科6个病区98名护士,根据医院护理单元的安排,设1、3、5病区50名护士为观察组,2、4、6病区48名护士为对照组。对照组按护理部的分层培训计划接受相关培训,观察组在分层培训的基础上采用思维导图形式进行培训。分别对两组护士干预前、干预后的护士能力评分、临床工作能力考核得分、护理工作满意度进行比较。结果干预后观察组护士能力量表中的帮助角色能力、教育-指导能力、评估判断能力、应对能力、护理干预能力、质量评价能力、工作角色能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组临床工作能力考核中的病情观察、临床护理思维能力、临床护理能力、表达沟通能力、人文关怀与素养、应变处理能力、专业知识掌握能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理工作满意度中的服务态度、沟通能力、人文关怀、健康教育均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图可提升传染科护士临床工作能力,提高护理工作满意度。 Objective To study the application of mind mapping in improving the clinical working ability of nurses in the department of infectious diseases. Methods 98 nurses from 6 wards of the department of liver diseases in a specialized hospital for infectious diseases were selected by Cluster sampling. According to the arrangement of the hospital nursing, 50 nurses from 1, 3 and 5 wards were randomly assigned as the observation group, and 48 nurses from 2, 4 and 6 wards as the control group. The control group received relevant training according to the hierarchical training plan,and the observation group was trained in the form of mind mapping on the basis of hierarchical training methods. Before and after the intervention, nurses' ability scores, clinical ability assessment scores and nursing job satisfaction of the two groups were measured and compared. Results After intervention, nurses in the observation group scored higher than those in the control group in terms of helping role ability, education guiding ability, assessment and judgment ability, coping ability, nursing intervention ability, quality evaluation ability and working role ability. There was significant differences ( t=2.332,2.540,2.364,2.273,2.474,2.342,2.490;P <0.05). After the intervention, in clinical work ability appraisal, observation group nurses' illness observation, clinical nursing thinking ability, clinical nursing skills, communication skills and humanistic care, strain capacity, professional knowledge and literacy ability score were higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant( t=2.667,2.347,2.489,2.496,3.053,2.431,2.324;P <0.05). Nursing job satisfaction of the service attitude, communication ability and humanistic care, health education were superior to control group. There was significant difference.(χ 2=6.245,6.536,6.677,9.159;P <0.05). Conclusions Mind mapping can improve the clinical work ability of nurses in the department of infectious diseases and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work.
