摘要
随着医改的不断推进,我国公立医院医疗服务价格调整初见成效,但中长期来看,仍需构建动态化调整机制,使医疗服务价格更加适应成本及医疗机构收入结构的变化。本文梳理了我国医疗服务价格调整进展,以及相关国际经验,从明确目标和原则、建立组织体系、明确调整周期、统一项目规范、建立监测体系、构建成本模型、协同部门监管等方面探讨医疗服务价格动态调整机制建设。
With the continuous advancement of medical reform,the price adjustment of medical services in public hospitals in China has achieved initial results. However,in the medium and long term,it is still necessary to construct a dynamic adjustment mechanism to make medical service prices more adaptable to changes in costs and the income structure of medical institutions. This paper sorts out the progress of China's medical service price adjustment and related international experience,and discusses the dynamic adjustment mechanism construction of price of medical services from clear goals and principles,establishing an organizational system,clearing adjustment cycles,unifying item specifications,establishing monitoring systems,building cost models,and coordinating departmental supervision.
