摘要
人工智能的迅速发展将深刻改变人类社会生活,现实中的人工智能发展对现行刑事司法制度的挑战已初现端倪。随着大数据时代的到来,新型犯罪方式方法不断呈现,形势的发展变化也驱动着司法办案模式的创新与发展,以有效应对新型犯罪。必须深化司法体制改革,适应信息化时代新趋势,借力高效智能、创新驱动的科技手段,准确把握司法制度与人工智能结合的规律特点,积极拓展人工智能司法应用的有效空间,从而使人工智能更好地服务于司法工作。刑事司法智能型标准化的实现应当以有效的制度和措施作为基本保障。
The rapid development of artificial intelligence will profoundly change the life of human society.The challenge of the development of artificial intelligence in the reality to the current criminal justice system has begun to emerge.With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence and big data,new methods of crime are also constantly presented,which will certainly drive the innovation and development of the judicial case-handling mode.Deepening the reform of the judicial system,adapting to the new trend of the information age,leveraging the efficient and intelligent,innovation-driven scientific and technological means,accurate grasping the characteristics of the combination of the judicial system and artificial intelligence,and active expanding the effective space of the judicial application of artificial intelligence,will enable artificial intelligence to better serve the judicial work.At the same time,the realization of intelligent standardization of criminal justice must be based on effective systems and measures.
