摘要
为了研究影响欠发达地区农民创业意愿的相关因素,通过对皖北地区420份农民创业意愿有效调查问卷的分析,将影响农民创业意愿的因素分为个体特征、经济资本、社会网络和社会环境四个方面,利用二元Logistic模型对农民创业意愿影响因素进行实证分析。研究表明:74.76%的农民有创业意愿;性别、年龄、是否有打工经历、风险偏好类型、家庭年收入、亲朋好友数量、是否有亲友经商或担任公务员、政府政策对农民创业意愿有显著影响。基于此,提出构建创业主体的“瞄准”机制,积极开展创业培训,优化金融与政府环境等政策建议以推进农民创业。
In order to study the factors affecting the entrepreneurial willingness of farmers in underdeveloped areas,through the analysis of the effective questionnaire of 420 farmers' entrepreneurial willingness in Northern Anhui,influencingfactors of the farmers'entrepreneurial willingness were divided into four aspects:individual characteristics,economic capital,social network and social environment.The binary logistic model was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of farmers' entrepreneurial willingness.The research shows that 74.76% of farmers have entrepreneurial willingness;gender,whether they have work experience,risk preference type,family annual income,the number of friends and relatives,whether there are friends or relatives doing business or serving as civil servants,and government policies have a significant positive impact on farmers' entrepreneurial willingness,while age has a significant negative impact on farmers' entrepreneurial willingness.Based on this,it proposes to build a "targeting" mechanism for entrepreneurial entities,to actively carry out entrepreneurship training,and to optimize policies and proposals such as finance and government environment to promote farmers' entrepreneurship.
