摘要
目的探讨糖尿病性白内障患者围术期的护理体会。方法方便选取2016年2月—2018年2月该院220例糖尿病性白内障患者,信封法分组,对照组予基础常规护理,实验组予围术期整体化护理。比较效果。结果实验组糖尿病性白内障患者满意水平100.00%高于对照组72.73%(χ^2=7.200,P<0.05);实验组眼压升高继发青光眼、恶心呕吐等糖尿病性白内障并发症发生率3例(2.73%)低于对照组22例(20.00%),由此可见两组的并发症差异显著,实验组并发症更少(χ^2=5.0748,P<0.05)。实验组糖尿病性白内障疾病知晓度、糖尿病性白内障手术配合度、糖尿病性白内障术后住院天数(94.24±2.41)分、(96.56±3.21)分、(10.24±1.41)d优于对照组(t=8.285、9.121、8.211,P<0.05)。结论围术期整体化护理在糖尿病性白内障护理中的干预结果确切。
Objective To investigate the nursing experience of perioperative period in patients with diabetic cataract.Methods A total of 220 patients with diabetic cataract in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were conveniently selected.The envelope method was used to divide into groups,the control group was given basic routine care,and the experimental group was treated with perioperative holistic care.Compare the results.Results The satisfactory level of diabetic cataract in the experimental group was 100.00%higher than that in the control group(72.73%,χ^2=7.200,P<0.05).The incidence of intraocular pressure in the experimental group was lower than that in the glaucoma,nausea and vomiting,and the incidence of diabetic cataract was 3 cases(2.73%).In the control group 22 cases(20.00%),the difference in complications between the two groups was statistically significant,and the complications in the experimental group were less(χ^2=5.074 8,P<0.05).In the experimental group,the degree of diabetes cataract disease,the degree of diabetes cataract surgery,and the length of hospitalization for diabetic cataract were(94.24±2.41)points,(96.56±3.21)points,and(10.24±1.41)d,respectively.(t=8.285,9.121,8.211,P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention results of perioperative holistic nursing in the treatment of diabetic cataract are exact.
