摘要
构建“六心”志愿者服务模式,组织全院围绕“热心接、耐心讲、细心观、诚心帮、温心送、爱心访”的“六心”开展志愿者服务,并设计志愿者调查问卷和服务对象调查问卷对实施“六心”志愿者服务活动前后进行调查分析,提示开展“六心”志愿者服务能增强医院志愿者服务人员的服务意识和责任感,提高患者满意度,对促进医院医患关系的和谐起到积极的作用,为建立医院志愿服务长效发展探索出了一条有效路径。
The hospital constructed the"six-heart"volunteer service model,called up the whole hospital staff to provide volunteer service based on the"six-heart concept"of"warm reception,patience,carefulness,cordial help,warm hearted farewell,caring visit",and designed volunteer questionnaires and service object questionnaires to investigate and analyze the implementation of the"six-heart concept"-based volunteer service.The implementation of the"six-heart concept"-based volunteer service enhanced the service awareness and sense of responsibility of medical volunteer service personnel,improved patient satisfaction,and played a positive role in promoting the harmony of hospital-patient relationship,all contributing to for the establishment of long-term development of hospital volunteer service.
