基于任务重叠的新产品开发团队知识协调策略

Knowledge Coordination Strategy of New Product Development Teams Based on Knowledge Task Overlapping

摘要 本文以企业新产品开发中最为典型的上下游任务环节为场景,对任务重叠和知识协调产生的原因及过程进行理论提炼。在此基础上,提出上下游的知识水平函数,并基于上游随机性的知识变更对下游任务的影响程度而给出下游的返工函数。进而,构建上下游的知识协调模型,以开发时间最小化为目标函数,计算了最优的知识协调开始时间、协调次数和协调时间间隔,并结合企业实例验证了模型的有效性。研究发现:知识协调可有效降低下游返工量;开发任务的特征及下游知识依赖度等参数均对最优知识协调策略有重要影响。 In this paper, we took the most upstream and downstream task in enterprise new product development as the most typical scenario. Then theoretically refined the causes and processes of task overlap and knowledge coordination. On this basis, this paper proposed the upstream and downstream knowledge level function. The downstream's rework function was given based on the influence of the random knowledge modify of the upstream. Furthermore, a knowledge coordination model is constructed in order to minimize the total development time. Correspondingly, the optimal start time, coordination times and coordination time interval are calculated. The effectiveness of the model is verified by an enterprise example. The paper found that knowledge coordination can effectively reduce downstream rework. The characteristics of development tasks and downstream knowledge dependence have important effects on the optimal knowledge coordination strategy.
