摘要
随着欧盟《一般数据保护条例》的正式生效,2018年被称为隐私保护元年,但隐私问题却并非2018年才出现的,患者隐私保护一直以来都是医患矛盾中非常重要却容易被忽视的部分。重点分析了现阶段我国医疗卫生实践中患者隐私保护工作的不足和问题,探讨其存在的根本原因,并在此基础上,借鉴GDPR的指导思想和实践案例,提出了新的应对思路和建议。
As EU-GDPR officially went into effect, 2018 becomes an important year of privacy protection. However, privacy has been a problem for a long time and it s often easily overlooked especially for patient privacy. This paper focuses on the deficiencies of patient privacy protection in China medical and health practice, discusses the root causes of its existence, and on this basis, by referring to the principles and practices of GDPR, puts forward some new countermeasures and suggestions.
