摘要
目的探究影响清代医患关系复杂性的因素,为当下医患问题的缓解提供参考。方法基于清代医话类文献,从不同角度对医患关系复杂性的影响因素进行分类研究。结果医者、患者、就医环境三项因素错综复杂共同影响医患关系。结论医者的医术是建立良好医患关系的保障,医德高低是基础,沟通方式是关键。患者的社会阶层决定医患间相处模式,就医行为影响医患关系的走向。就医环境中医者互动对医疗活动的进程有较大影响,而亲友的参与很大程度上会干预医患关系的构建。
Objective: To explore the complexity of the doctor-patient relationship in Qing Dynasty,so as to provide reference for the current medical problems. Methods: Based on the medical discourses of Qing dynasty, this study classified the influencing factors of the complexity of doctor-patient relationship from different angles. Results: Three complicated factors intricately affected the doctor-patient relationship, including physicians, patients and medical environment. Conclusion: The medical skill of doctors is the guarantee of establishing a good doctor-patient relationship;the medical ethics is the foundation factor between doctors and patients;the community is crucial between them. The social class of the patient determines the mode of interaction between doctors and patients, and the behavior of medical treatment affects the direction of the doctor-patient relationship. The interaction of TCM practitioners in the medical treatment environment has a great influence on the progress of medical activities, and the participation of relatives and friends will greatly interfere in the construction of the doctor-patient relationship.
