摘要
对磁粉芯进行了概述,包括磁粉芯涉及的磁学理论基础、制备工艺、分类及性能特点等,并详细论述了磁粉芯材料的微观结构及其对性能的影响。在此基础上,对磁粉芯的发展历史及在软磁材料中的地位进行了综述,并对常用的几种磁粉芯材料,包括非晶和纳米晶磁粉芯材料进行了讨论。此外,对在磁粉芯材料发展过程中人们普遍关心的几个问题,包括制粉、粘结剂和退火等,进行了分析,并详细讨论了影响磁粉芯性能的主要因素及磁粉芯的发展趋势,以供设计人员和材料开发人员参考。
A brief introduction of magnetic powder core (MPC) was given in this paper, including magnetic theory related, the production technique, the classification and the features of magnetic powder cores, with emphases on the microstructure and its effects on the physical properties of MPCs. Based on these knowledge, the history of MPC and its position in soft magnetic materials are also discussed in detail. Furthermore, a brief introduction of the common used MPCs, including amorphous and nanocrystalline MPCs are also given. In addition, many problems associated with their applications, such as magnetic powders, binders and annealing techniques are also analyzed. Finally, the main factors that will influence the properties of MPCs and the trends of MPCs are also discussed in detail.
