摘要
我国超过2成的成年国民有听书习惯,如何利用有声阅读平台开展用户服务成为图书馆需要探讨的重要内容,而大数据平台通过对用户信息的标签化构建人群画像,为我们了解用户的特征和信息需求提供新的渠道和方法。文章借助第三方大数据平台“TalkingData”,统计了我国八大主流听书平台用户的性别比例、年龄分布、兴趣趋好内容及比例、地区覆盖率、活跃系数等数据,并对这些用户数据做出分析。在此基础上得出结论,提出图书馆利用有声阅读平台开展移动信息服务的策略。
More than 20% of our adult citizens have aural reception habits, how to use the audio reading platform to carry out the user service becomes the important content which the library needs to discuss, The big data platform provides new perspectives and methods for us to understand characteristic and information needs of users by labeling the user information and constructing a user portrait, the author uses the third-party large data platform "talking data" to monitor and statistics the sex proportion, age distribution, the content and proportion of interests, the area coverage, the activity coefficient and so on of the 8 major aural reception platform’s users in China, and analyzes the data of these users.Based on this, the paper proposes the strategies of using the audio reading platform to carry out the mobile information service in libraries.
