摘要
通过分析地铁架空刚性接触网结构特点和地铁车辆受电弓及车辆运行模式,指出刚性接触网平面布置形式对弓网关系影响严重,接触线磨耗分布不均匀现象普遍存在,并对其形成原因及影响进行分析。基于现有地铁线路接触网检测装置的局限性,研究开发了地铁运营车辆接触网检测系统,通过在地铁运营车辆加装专业检测装置,获取弓网运行特征参数,为不同线路的刚性接触网弓网系统的优化设计及运维策略的制定提供依据。
By analyzing the structural characteristics of rigid overhead contact system and the pantograph and vehicle operation mode of metro vehicles, this paper pointes out that the plane layout of rigid overhead contact system has a serious impact on the pantograph- overhead contact wire interface, and the phenomenon of uneven distribution of contact wire wear is commonly seen, and it analyzes its causes and effects. Based on the limitations of existing overhead contact system inspection devices for metro lines, an overhead contact wire inspection system for metro operating vehicles is developed. By installing specialized inspection devices for metro operational vehicles, parameters of pantograph and overhead contact wire operation characteristics are acquired, providing optimal design of rigid overhead contact system and pantograph and overhead contact wire for different lines and basis for the formulation of operation and maintenance strategies.
