摘要
探讨了碳纤维复合材料在汽车B柱上的轻量化作用。对金属汽车B柱进行有限元分析,得到其应力分布及变形情况。对金属B柱模型进行简化,采用碳纤维复合材料替换金属材料进行结构设计,进而分析相对于金属B柱的轻量化性能。结果表明,碳纤维B柱相对于金属B柱性能更优,并且质量明显变小,轻量化效果明显。
The lightweight effect of carbon fiber composite on car B-pillar was investigated. The stress distribution and deformation of metal car B-pillar were obtained by finite element analysis. The model of metal B-pillar was simplified, and the structural design was carried out by replacing metal material with carbon fiber composite material, so as to analyze the lightweight performance of metal B-pillar. The results show that carbon fiber B-pillar has better performance than metal B-pillar, and its quality is obviously smaller, with obvious lightweight effect.
