基于CANOpen通讯协议的胶轮导轨车牵引系统网络系统设计

摘要 阐述了某旅游景区用胶轮导轨电车的网络拓扑结构,主要介绍了整车网络系统组成合节点分配,着重对电传动系统的CANOpen网络系统的组成和通讯协议的设计进行介绍。经过在厂内完成的3000km运行考核验证,无论列车运行在牵引、制动、牵引蓄电池充电等何种工况下,CANOpen网络系统均可稳定、可靠的运行。 The network topology of the tramway of the rubber-wheel guide rail for a tourist area is described. The distribution of the network system of the whole vehicle is mainly introduced, and the composition of the CANOPen network system and the design of the communication protocol of the electric transmission system are introduced. After the test and verification of the 3000km operation completed in the factory, the CANOPen network system can operate stably and reliably regardless of the operation conditions of traction, braking, traction and storage of the storage battery.
