摘要
基于多电平逆变拓扑,提出一种新型脉宽调制策略--新型载波移幅SPWM。该调制策略实现方式简单,较传统的载波移相调制和载波移幅调制有着较大的优势。该策略主要是将传统的三角载波进行改进,使之与调制波比较的位置发生变化,从而得到不同于传统调制下的控制信号。将此策略结合多电平逆变拓扑应用于400 Hz中频逆变器场合,输出电压THD更小,波形质量更好,通过Matlab/Simulink搭建了仿真模型,通过仿真实验比较了3种调制策略的控制效果,最后验证了结论。
Based on multilevel inverter topology,a new modulation strategy-new carrier shift SPWM was proposed. This new modulation method was simple to implement and it had more advantages than traditional carrier phase shift modulation and carrier amplitude modulation. The strategy was to improve the traditional triangle carrier, the position of the carrier and modulation wave compare was changed. The strategy combined with multilevel inverter used in 400 Hz medium frequency inverter occasions could get smaller output voltage THD,better waveform quality. A simulation model was built by Matlab/Simulink,and the control effect of three kinds of modulation strategies were compared through simulation experiments,Finally,the conclusions was verified.
