摘要
采用水压试验与基于接触非线性理论的有限元数值模拟方法,研究DN350-2500LB楔形双闸板闸阀的密封性能,有限元分析采用ABAQUS软件。结果表明:数值模拟结果与水压实验中闸阀发生的失效形式基本一致,均是由于阀座发生屈服变形,从而导致出口泄漏,进一步说明了采用该有限元分析方法对闸阀密封性能研究的有效性与合理性;该研究成果不仅对改进楔形双闸板闸阀结构和提高密封性具有科学的指导意义,还为该类闸阀的密封性能评价奠定了一定的理论基础。
The seal performance of DN350-2500 LB wedge double gate valve is studied by the hydrostatic test and the finite element numerical simulation method based on contact nonlinear theory.The finite element analysis was carried out by ABAQUS software.The results show that,the numerical simulation results are in agreement with the failure modes of the gate valve in the actual test,which is that the outlet sealing face leaks due to the yield deformation of the valve seat.It further illustrates that the finite element analysis method which is employed to study the sealing performance of gate valve is effective and reasonable.The research results not only have a scientific guiding significance for improving the structure of the wedge double gate sluice valve and improving its sealing performance,but also lay a theoretical foundation for the evaluation of the sealing performance of this kind of gate valve.
