摘要
目的分析腮腺Warthin瘤的CT特征及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析2016年12月—2018年12月11例经病理证实的腮腺Warthin瘤患者的临床资料,结合相关文献分析其CT影像特点。结果病灶位于左侧腮腺5例,右侧腮腺6例。11例均可见囊变区,增强均呈动脉期明显强化,呈快进快出强化方式;肿瘤边缘均可见明显强化血管,呈"贴边血管征"或"包绕血管征"。结论腮腺Warthin瘤有一定的特征性CT影像表现,对其诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值。
Objective Analysis of CT features and differential diagnosis of Warthin tumor of parotid gland. Methods Retrospective analysis of 11 cases of parotid Warthin tumor confirmed by pathology from December 18,2016 to December 18,2018. Combined with relevant literature,CT imaging features were analyzed.Results The lesions were located in 5 cases of left parotid gland and 6 cases of right parotid gland. In 11 cases,the area of cystic degeneration was visible,and the enhancement was obviously strengthened during the arterial phase. On the edge of tumor,the blood vessels were obviously strengthened. Conclusion CT examination has certain characteristics in diagnosis of Warthinoma of parotid gland,and has important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
