摘要
目的探讨内科急诊综合护理在低钾血症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的36例低钾血症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各18例。对照组给予传统护理方法,观察组予内科急诊综合性护理。比较两组患者的护理总有效率、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及护理满意度。结果观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分低于干预前,观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科急诊综合护理可显著提高低钾血症患者的治疗效果,有效缓解患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪,提升护理满意度,值得在护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in emergency department of internal medicine in patients with hypokalemia.Methods Thirty-six patients with hypokalemia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 18 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing methods,while the observation group was given emergency comprehensive nursing.The total effective rate of nursing,self-rating depression scale (SDS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistical significant (P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,while the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistical significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency comprehensive nursing in internal medicine can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with hypokalemia,effectively alleviate depression and anxiety of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application in nursing work.
