摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在输尿管结石经输尿管软镜钬激光取石术围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年11月至2017年10月本院采用常规围术期护理的45例输尿管结石患者设为对照组,选择2017年11月至2018年10月在围术期护理中采用临床护理路径的45例输尿管结石患者设为观察组。比较两组患者情绪状态、治疗依从性及住院时间。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者SAS评分较低,治疗依从率较高,住院时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经输尿管软镜钬激光取石术围术期护理中应用临床护理路径,可降低患者负性情绪,增强治疗依从性,利于加快患者康复。
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of ureteral calculi patients with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotomy. Methods Forty-five ureteral calculi patients with routine perioperative nursing from November 2016 to October 2017 were taken as control group, and 45 patients with clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing from November 2017 to October 2018 were taken as observation group. The emotional status, treatment compliance and hospital stays were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the score of SAS in observation group was lower, the treatment compliance rate of observation group was higher, and the hospital stays of observation group were shorter(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of ureteral calculi patients with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotomy can decrease negative emotion, enhance treatment compliance, and accelerate rehabilitation.
