摘要
目的调查相邻后牙牙面的龋损情况是否具有相关性。方法选取2016年3月~2018年12月在柳州市人民医院口腔治疗的后牙邻面龋洞患者180例作为研究对象。对于因后牙邻面龋洞就诊的患牙进行治疗,彻底去腐备洞后形成邻洞,同时对于其相邻牙面以视诊、X线检查等方式进行仔细检查,对于破坏达到牙本质的龋损进行去腐备洞。按照龋损的深度将其分为5个等级,记录相邻后牙牙面的龋损等级,对其相关因素进行分析。结果临床共收集病例180例,初始龋洞中,2级38例(21.1%),3级89例(49.4%),4级53例(29.4%)。相邻牙面中,0级12例(6.7%),1级35例(19.4%),2级57例(31.7%),3级71例(39.4%),4级5例(2.8%)。统计分析显示,相邻牙面的龋损等级与年龄、性别、患牙的位置无相关性,只与初始龋洞的龋损等级有显著的相关性,即初始龋洞越深,其相邻牙面的龋患率越高,龋损程度越重。结论相邻后牙牙面同时发生龋损的几率很高,需要医生更加仔细地进行处理。
Objective To evaluate the relationshiP between the caries in the interProximal surfaces of Posterior teeth.Methods The interProximal surfaces,adjacent to the aPProximal-occlusal cavities which were treated at its first time, were carefully examined by visual insPection(VI) and X-ray,etc,and caries with dentin destroyed required surgery management. According to the degree of dental caries, it was divided into 5 tyPes in order to analysis the relationshiP of interProximal surfaces of Posterior teeth.Results A total of 180 cases were included. Initial caries:degree2:38case(21.1%),degree 3:89 case(49.4%),degree4:53 case(29.4%).The adjacent surfaces were: degree 0 :12 case (6.7%), degree 1 :35 case (19.4%), degree 2:57 case (31.7%), degree 3 :71 case (39.4%), degree 4:5 case (2.8%).Statistical analysis showed that there were no relationshiP between the caries of the interProximal surfaces with the age ,the sex and the teeth Position, but the degree of caries in the adjacent surfaces was obviously relevant to that of initial dental caries. In other words,the more deePer of initial dental caries it is, the higher of caries occurrence rate and the worse of caries it makes in the adjacent surfaces.Conclusion there is high occurrence Probability about caries aPPear simultaneously in two adjacnt surfaces of Posterior teeth, so dentists need to be more careful to check and treat.
