摘要
总结了某超临界机组给水全挥发处理(AVT)技术的弊端,分析了该技术对锅炉压差、汽轮机高压缸氧化铁垢沉积的影响和高压加热器(高加)疏水存在严重流动加速腐蚀(FAC)的原因;对该超临界机组实施了给水全保护加氧处理(FPOT)转化试验,并介绍了FPOT技术的机理;评估了该机组加氧稳定运行后高加疏水加氧效果、自动加氧控制程序精度、凝结水精处理运行周期及水汽系统铁含量变化;归纳了给水FPOT的优越性并提出了运行建议,以期为相关电厂给水加氧处理提供借鉴。
The disadvantages of all volatilized treatment(AVT)of feedwater of a supercritical unit was summerized,the influence of AVT technology on pressure difference of the boiler and deposition of iron oxide scale in high pressure cylinder of steam turbine was analyzed,and the reasons for severe flow accelerated corrosion(FAC)in high pressure heater was also investigated.Moreover,fully-protected oxygenation treatment(OT)conversion test was carried out for feedwater of the supercritical unit,and working mechanism of the feedwater fully-protected oxygenation treatment(FPOT)technology was introduced.Furthermore,after the stable oxygenation operation of the unit,the oxygenation effects of high pressure heater water,precision of automatic oxygenation control program,operation period of condensate polishing treatment and change of iron content in water vapor system were evaluated.In addition,the advantages of feedwater FPOT technology was summerized and some suggestions for future operation were also put forward,in hope of providing reference for feedwater oxygenation in other power plants.
