摘要
终身学习是现代教育的重要标志,习近平总书记多次强调教师要牢固树立终身学习理念。为了更好地培养实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的主力军,加快实现新时代教育现代化,必须充分认识、全面践行习近平总书记关于教师终身学习思想。本文通过整理分析习近平总书记关于教师要终身学习的一系列重要论述,从理论维度、实践维度、发展维度这三个方面来理解习近平总书记关于教师终身学习思想的战略意义。
Lifelong learning is an important symbol of modern education.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that teachers should firmly establish the concept of lifelong learning.In order to better train the assistant forces for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and accelerate the modernization of education in the new era,it is necessary to fully understand and practice General Secretary Xi Jinping’s thought on teachers’lifelong learning.By sorting out and analyzing a series of important expositions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on teachers’lifelong learning,this paper attempts to understand the strategic significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s thoughts on teachers’lifelong learning from three aspects:theoretical dimension,practical dimension and development dimension.
