摘要
针对共享单车乱停乱放问题,以总体服务质量最大化和选址数量最小为目标,建立基于渐进覆盖的多目标选址模型。通过对深圳市南山区高新园区的共享单车停放点选址的实例分析,采用LINGO软件求解得到该区域最佳共享单车停放点以及需求点与停放点之间的对应关系。最后,对选址数量上限的敏感性分析显示了共享单车停放点选址对用户满意度和管理成本的影响,从而为政府和企业的决策提供依据。
In order to solve the disordered parking of bike sharing,this paper develops a multi-objective site selection model based on gradual coverage,to maximize the overall service quality and minimize the site quantity.Based on the case analysis of site selecting of bike sharing parking sites in Shenzhen High-Tech Park,the paper uses LINGO to calculate the optimal locations for parking sites and the corresponding relation between demand points and parking sites.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the upper limit of the location number reveals the impact of bike sharing parking points on customers'satisfaction and administration cost,which can provide a basis for government and enterprise decision making.
