淫羊藿药渣中复合氨基酸水解液脱色工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高淫羊藿药渣中复合氨基酸的检测分析准确度,该试验对其复合氨基酸水解液进行脱色工艺优化。首先筛选最佳脱色剂,然后通过响应面法优化复合氨基酸水解液脱色工艺条件,使水解液脱色率和氨基酸回收率最佳。通过筛选,AB-8大孔树脂适合用于淫羊藿药渣复合氨基酸水解液脱色,响应面法优化得到的最佳脱色工艺条件为:树脂用量0.22g,脱色时间27min,脱色温度24℃,经验证,该条件下,水解液脱色率为79.05%,氨基酸回收率为90.88%。应用响应面法能优化脱色工艺条件,用以满足检测分析的精度要求。 To improve accuracy of the detection and analysis of amino acid mixture in the Epimedium drug residue,the decolorization process for the hydrolysate of amino acid mixture was optimized in this study.Firstly,the optimum decolorizer was screened,and then the decolorization conditions for the hydrolysate of amino acid mixture were optimized by the response surface method to optimize the decolorization rate and the recovery rate of the amino acid mixture.AB-8 macroporous resin was suitable for the decolorization of amino acid hydrolysate.The optimum decolorization conditions were as follows:resin dosage,0.22 g;decolorization time,27 min;decolorization temperature,24℃.it was verified that under this condition,the decolorization rate of the hydrolyzate was 79.05%,and the amino acid recovery rate was 90.88%.The response surface method can be used to optimize the decolorization process conditions to meet the accuracy requirements of detection and analysis.
