摘要
社会经济飞速发展过程中,电力行业也进入了飞速发展的阶段,电力基建项目是供电企业发展过程中的重要部分,加强对工程项目事前、事中的管理工作,可以有效提高供电质量。本文首先简单概述了电力基建项目的事前、事中管理工作中存在的问题,然后从电力成本、培训力度、合同管理、管理体系、管理制度等方面入手,具体分析可采取的管理策略。
In the process of rapid development of social economy,the electric power industry has also entered a stage of rapid development.The electric power infrastructure project is an important work in the development process of power supply enterprises,and it is necessary to strengthen the management of the engineering project in advance and in the matter.It can effectively improve the quality of power supply.First of all,this paper gives a brief overview of the problems existing in the management of electric power infrastructure projects in advance,and then starts from the aspects of power cost,training intensity,contract management,management system,and so on.Specific analysis of the management strategies that can be adopted.
