摘要
行企文化进校园是我国高职院校校企合作、产教融合内涵发展的有力体现。采用问卷调查、文献分析及个人访谈法对广东三所开设环保类专业院校进行调研,找到影响行企文化进校园的3大影响因子:理念错位、制度缺失和融入途径错位,并提出了3大对策:树立正确理念、合力制定体制机制、拓展校企合作融入途径和强化课程教学的融入途径水平,旨在对我国高职院校环保类专业的行企文化进校园工作提供正确决策和科学融入途径。
Industry culture and enterprise culture entering campus is a powerful embodiment of the connotation development of the cooperation between school and enterprise and the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in China. By means of questionnaires, literature analysis and personal interviews, this paper investigates three environmental protection specialty colleges in Guangdong province, and finds out three major influencing factors that influence industry culture and enterprise culture entering campus: the misplacement of concept, the lack of systematic procedures and the misplacement of integration methods. Three countermeasures are thereafter put forward: establish correct concepts, work together to formulate the system and institutional mechanisms, and expand the integration of school-enterprise cooperation and strengthen the integration level of course teaching. The aim of this paper is to provide correct decision-making and scientific integration method of Industry culture and Enterprise culture entering campus of environmental protection majors in higher vocational colleges in China.
