摘要
首先对不同注浆位置和不同地质条件下的钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术的作用机制进行了理论分析。然后基于广东省某特大桥主墩施工,详细介绍了钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术的施工步骤,最后对后压浆技术的效果进行了检测,检测结果表明:后压浆技术可以显著提高钻孔灌注桩的承载力,有效降低沉降值,其施工效果满足规范和设计要求,可保证施工安全。
This paper firstly analyzes the mechanism of post-grouting technology of grouting piles under different grouting locations and different geological conditions.Then,based on the construction of the main pier of a special bridge in Guangdong Province,the post-grouting technology of grouting piles is introduced in detail.The construction steps,finally the effect of the post-grouting technology was tested.The test results show that the post-grouting technology can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the cast-in-place pile and effectively reduce the settlement value.The construction effect meets the specifications and design requirements,and the safety of the construction can be guaranteed.
