The proportion and different proportion of brick and concrete of recycled aggregate of construction waste is designed after the construction waste is processed and screened. The performance of construction waste as subgrade filler is also studied, through standard compaction test and load bearing ratio test. The results show that, when the construction waste content is constant, the maximum dry density, optimal moisture content and CBR value of the reclaimed subgrade filler increased continuously with the decrease of the proportion of brick and concrete in construction waste. When the proportion of bricks and concrete of construction waste is fixed, the maximum dry density of reclaimed subgrade filler first increases and then decreases with the increase of construction waste content, and the CBR value first increases and then decreases. When the ratio of brick to concrete is 1∶2,the dry density of reclaimed subgrade filler is the highest, and the corresponding maximum dry density is 2.02 g/cm^3,when the proportion of construction waste is 40.5%;When the construction waste content is 29.6%,the CBR value of the reclaimed subgrade filler is the largest, and the corresponding CBR value is 45.5%.When the construction waste content is 30%~40%,the dry density and CBR value of the reclaimed subgrade filler are large, and the density of the reclaimed subgrade filler is high, which can be used for highway subgrade.
