摘要
针对郭屯煤矿当前存在的巷道掘进迟缓而诱发的采掘接替紧张、煤炭开采率低等问题,本文以二采区运输巷道为例,结合试验巷道地质生产条件,采用综合调研的方法分析巷道快速掘进的主要影响因素和防控措施。研究表明,二采区运输巷道主要影响因素包括地质构造复杂、支护设计方案与工序不合理、运输系统复杂、辅助运输形式单一、人员设备管理不成熟等。据此提出了加强地质预测预报、优化施工工艺流程、优化辅助运输系统、创新管理理念等防控措施,有效的解决了现有的问题,对类似矿井快速掘进工程提供了借鉴与指导。
In view of the problems of mining succession and low mining rate caused by the slow roadway excavation in Guotun Mine, the transportation roadway in the second mining area of the mine was taken as an example, combined with the geological production conditions of the test roadway, and the comprehensive investigation was adopted to analyze the main influencing factors and prevention and control measures for rapid mining. The research showed that the main influencing factors were complex geological structure, unreasonable design and support, complicated transportation system, single auxiliary transportation form, and immature personnel equipment management. Based on this, the prevention and control measures such as strengthening the geological prediction and forecasting, optimizing the construction process, optimizing the auxiliary transportation system, and innovative management concepts were proposed, which effectively solved the existing problems and provided reference and guidance for similar mine rapid mining projects.
