摘要
针对赵庄二号井西盘区地质构造发育,煤层直接顶为泥岩、厚度变化较大且易风化破碎导致巷道变形控制难度大的问题,采用喷浆封闭以及对巷道顶板及两帮注浆加固的技术,防止泥岩顶板风化破坏,并在巷道围岩内形成一个拱形完整承载体达到共同承载的目的。井下试验表明,表面喷浆层没有明显开裂现象,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,顶底板最大移近量为142mm,两帮最大收缩量为37mm。
In view of the geological structure development of the west plate area of the No. 2 Mine in Zhaozhuang, the direct roof of the coal seam was mudstone, the thickness varied greatly, and the weathering and crushing caused the difficulty of the deformation control of the roadway. The shotcreting and two sides grouting reinforcement were used to prevent mudstone roof weathering damage and forms an arched complete carrier in the surrounding rock of the roadway to achieve the purpose of common bearing. The underground test showed that there was no obvious cracking in the surface sprayed layer, and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was effectively controlled. The maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates was 142 mm, and the maximum shrinkage of the two sides was 37 mm.
