摘要
将气相色谱法用于测定无限稀释化合物溶液的活度系数,作为化工热力学基础实验。加强学生对化工热力学参数测定的基本意识,使其掌握热力学参数测定的基本方法,为今后的学习和工作奠定实践基础。该实验分别测定不同温度下丙酮、环己烷及乙酸乙酯在邻苯二甲酸二壬酯中的活度系数,要求学生通过常用数据处理软件进行数据处理并绘制相应的图表和求解各物质的摩尔溶解热。实验过程能够让学生充分了解气相色谱的结构、热力学原理及实验操作,通过实验结果分析过程强化了本科生数据处理能力,通过实验报告熟悉科技文献中数据表达的基本规范,实现了综合性实验的教学目的。
As a chemical engineering thermodynamic experiment, gas chromatography is used to determine the activity coefficient of infinite dilute solution to enhance students’ basic awareness of chemical engineering thermodynamic parameter determination, and lay a practical foundation for their future study and work. The activity coefficients of acetone, cyclohexane and ethyl acetate in dinonyl phthalate at different temperatures are determined in the experiment. Students are required to use the common data processing software for data processing and corresponding chart drawing to figure out the molar heat of solubility of each substance. The experimental process allows students to fully understand the structure, principle and operation of the gas chromatography. The data processing ability of undergraduates is strengthened through the analysis of experimental results. Students can also learn basic norms of data expression in scientific and technological literature, which realizes the teaching purpose of the comprehensive experiment.
