开放式学习与实践人才培养模式改革与探索——以数字媒体艺术专业为例 被引量:3

摘要 数字媒体艺术专业人才培养存在一些问题,如师资力量不足、技术与艺术相分离、课程难度较大、学生的学习时间有限等,提出了有效的改革策略,如以人为本,对数字媒体艺术专业人才的实践能力、专业知识、独立人格进行和谐统一,充分体现出教育的开放性,尊重个体差别。采取分向化培养,对人才培养模式进行优化,提高教学成果。加强校企合作,建立实习基地,把学生作为学习的主体,强化实践能力。优化课堂教学,引入真实课题,强化教学过程中的实践性内涵。加强实践教学,定期举办数字媒体艺术设计比赛,强化自身技能优势。加强师资队伍建设,整合教学资源,定期举办教学研讨会。 There are some problems in the training of digital media art professionals, such as inadequate teachers, separation of technology and art, difficulty in curriculum, and limited learning time for students. Effective reform strategies are put forward, such as putting people first, harmonizing the practical ability, professional knowledge and independent personality of digital media art professionals, fully reflecting the openness of education and respecting individual differences, directional training should be adopted to optimize the personnel training mode and improve teaching results, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, establishing practice bases, strengthening practical ability, optimizing classroom teaching, introducing real topics, strengthening the practical connotation of teaching process, strengthening practical teaching, holding digital media art design competitions regularly, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and integrating teaching resources.
