摘要
采用高温高压反应釜模拟塔河油田高矿化度,高H2S和CO2的腐蚀环境,通过检测高温高压腐蚀试验后涂层的外观、铅笔硬度、附着力、漏点、耐冲击等物理性能,研究了JG-01耐酸涂层和EP-98环氧无溶剂涂层的防护性能。结果表明:经30d试验后,EP-98环氧无溶剂涂层表面起泡,发生失效;JG-01耐酸涂层的各项物理性能均为未发生改变。经过高温高压腐蚀试验后,JG-01耐酸涂层的极化曲线出现明显钝化现象,腐蚀电流密度基本不变,且仍具有极高的极化电阻,即JG-01耐酸涂层在该环境中具有较好的抗腐蚀性能。
A high-temperature and high-pressure react or was used to simulate on-site corrosion envir onment of Tahe oilfield with high salinity and high H2S and CO 2.The protective properties of JG-01acid-resist ant coating and EP-98 epoxy solvent-free coating were studied by test ing the physical properties of coating,pencil h ardness,adhesion,leak point and impact resistance after high temperat ure and high pressure corrosion test.The result s showed that after 30 days of testing,the surface of EP-98epoxy solve nt-free coating foamed and failed;the physical properties of JG-01 acid-resistant coating were unchanged.After the high temperature and high pressure corrosion t est,the polarization curve of the JG-01acid-resistant coating showed obvious passivation,the corrosion current dens ity was basically unchanged,and still had a very high polarizatio n resistance.JG-01acid-resistant coating has go od corrosion resistance in this environment.
