摘要
运用文献资料法和实地调查法,对大数据背景下社区体育的供给问题及改革路径进行研究。主要结论:社区体育供给不足与体育资源缺乏共享的现象并存,社区体育供给无法满足居民的运动需求,社区体育服务的供给模式落后,居民缺乏科学的运动与健康指导。大数据对社区体育的发展具有创新资源配置结构、提高社区体育动态管理的精准服务与供给效率、推进社区“体医结合”等积极作用。改革路径:利用大数据优化产业供给侧结构,引导社区体育的转型与升级;依托大数据,为社区居民提供精准化的体育服务;构建社区体育的大数据平台,对接“线上消费”与“线下体验”模式;促进体育产业跨界融合,推进“体医结合”等产业模式。
By using the methods of literature reviews and field investigation,this paper studies the supply problems and reform paths of community sports under the background of big data. The main conclusions are as follows: insufficient supply of community sports coexists with lack of sharing of sports resources,the supply of community sports can not meet the sports needs of residents,the supply mode of community sports services is backward,and the residents lack scientific sports and health guidance. Big data plays an active role in the development of community sports,such as innovating the allocation structure of resources,improving the precision service and supply efficiency of dynamic management of community sports,and promoting the integrated physical medicine in the community. Reform path: use big data to optimize the structure of industry supply side,guide the transformation and upgrading of community sports;rely on big data to improve the precise sports service for community residents;build a big data platform of community sports,docking “online consumption” and “offline experience” mode;promote cross-border integration of sports industry and develop industrial models such as “integrated physical medicine”.
