摘要
针对煤矿钻机普通夹持器无法在自动钻机上应用的情况,通过对机械手上、下钻杆的工作机理的研究,设计出一种新式双夹持器,对其运动原理进行分析,对夹紧力进行核算,并使用ANSYS仿真软件对关键零部件的强度进行校核,结果表明此双夹持器满足钻机使用要求。经过现场工业性试验表明,双夹持器安全可靠,通过计算机模拟获得的数据是可信的,其性能满足自动钻机需求。
Aiming at the situation the common gripper can’t be applied to the automatic drilling rig.A new double gripper was designed through the study of the working mechanization of the drilling rig up or dismantling drill rod.The principle of motion was analyzed.And clamping force was checked.Using ANSYS simulation software to check the strength of key components.The results show that the double gripper meets the requirements of the drilling rig.The double gripper is safe and reliable through field industrial test.The data obtained by computer simulation are credible.The performance of the double gripper can meet the needs of the automatic drilling rig.
