回火对G105级耐蚀钢摩擦焊接头组织和性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Tempering on Microstructure and Properties Friction Welding Joint of G105 Corrosion Resistant Steel

摘要 利用光镜及扫描电镜对回火热处理后的耐蚀钢连续驱动摩擦焊接头进行了研究。结果表明:经回火热处理后,焊缝及热影响区的组织均为铁素体和回火索氏体。热处理后接头强度和韧性有所提高,且拉伸断裂位置均位于母材处。冲击试验表明:与焊态试件相比,回火后的摩擦焊接头韧性显著增强,接头的冲击值提高76.9%。 Used light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy to study the continuous friction welding of corrosion resistant steel after tempering heat treatment.The results show that after tempering heat treatment,the microstructure of the weld and heat affected zone are ferrite and tempered sorbite.After heat treatment,the joint strength and toughness were improved,and the tensile fracture locations are located at the base metal.The impact test showed that the toughness of the friction welded joint after tempering was significantly enhanced compared with the welded test piece,and the impact value of the joint was increased by 76.9%.
