摘要
在详细分析旋回式破碎机故障状况的基础上,利用故障树分析(FTA)法,建立旋回式破碎机故障树,进行初步定性分析。结合矿山实际生产数据,从概率重要度和临界重要度两方面入手进行定量分析,对各个因素分析比较,指出主要的影响因素,揭露半连续运煤系统易发生故障的薄弱环节,有针对性地提出有利于系统稳定的措施。
Based on the detailed analysis of the fault condition of the rotary crusher,the fault tree of the rotary crusher was established by the fault tree analysis(FTA)method,and a preliminary qualitative analysis was carried out.Combined with the actual production data of the mine,quantitative analysis was carried out from the two aspects of probability importance and critical importance.The factors were analyzed and compared,the main influencing factors were pointed out,and the vulnerable links of the semi-continuous coal transportation system were exposed.The proposed measures were conducive to system stability.
