摘要
采用金属型铸造法制得混合添加不同含量Y和Nd元素的Mg-Al-Ca-aY-bNd(a=0、0.5、1、1.5,b=0、0.5、1、1.5)合金,通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了合金的显微组织和物相,测试了力学性能。结果表明,适量的稀土元素Y和Nd的加入明显细化了合金组织,生成的新稀土相Al2Y、Al2Nd,有效地提高了合金的力学性能,其中当Y和Nd的添加量为0.5%Y+0.5%Nd时,合金的综合力学性能最好,抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别为152 MPa和4.0%。
Mg-Al-Ca-aY-bNd(a=0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, b=0, 0.5, 1, 1.5) alloys with different content of Y and Nd were prepared by metal mold casting method. The microstructure and phase of the alloy were analyzed by microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffractometry(XRD), and the mechanical properties were tested. The results show that the proper amount addition of rare earth elements Y and Nd refines the microstructure of the alloy, and the new rare earth phase Al2Y and Al2Nd effectively improve the mechanical properties of the alloy. When the addition of Y and Nd is 0.5%Y+0.5% Nd, the alloy has the best comprehensive mechanical properties, and the tensile strength and elongation after fracture are 152 MPa and 4.0%, respectively.
