城市高架桥梁病害快速集中整治及维修加固施工技术 被引量:7

摘要 装配式空心板梁桥因其技术成熟、施工迅捷、造价低等优点在上海地区早期高架桥梁建设中普遍应用,其承担着大量市民出行和重载交通运输任务。近年来,早期投运的空心板梁桥面已出现大量常见病害并有待整修。以同济路高架为例,通过剖析其桥面系及上部结构现状病害及机理,提出相应维修加固方案及配套快速集中整修工艺和技术要求,并达到预期维修效果,给类似工程提供借鉴参考。 Due to its mature technology,quick construction and low cost,the assembled hollow slab girder bridge is widely used in the construction of early elevated bridges in Shanghai. It undertakes a large number of citizens’ travel and heavy-duty transportation tasks. In recent years,a large number of common diseases have appeared in the hollow slab girder decks that have been put into operation in the early days and have yet to be renovated. This paper will take the Tongji Road Elevated Road as an example. By analyzing the current disease and mechanism of the bridge deck and the superstructure,the corresponding maintenance and reinforcement schemes and the supporting rapid centralized repairing process and technical requirements are proposed,and the expected maintenance effect is achieved,which provides reference for similar projects.
